I made this for a Mardi Gras themed dance at my school in 8th grade. My mom helped me too!
I used peacock feathers, blue dyed feathers, and some kind of pheasant fearthers. There are also purple and silver sequences and white glitter. And ofcourse black ribbon to hold it on.
